Event Rents hosted the April NACE Denver Meeting in their new fantastic facility that is seemingly so vast it requires its own zip code! Fabulous food was provided by Occasions by Sandy and meeting attendees had the opportunity to showcase their creative eyes during a table designing contest! Each team had the Event Rents inventory at their disposal and was charged with creating a table theme around their chosen centerpiece. The results ranged from "Oh Wow—Best in Show!" to "Eh—Don’t Give Up Your Day Job!" A fantastic time was had by all.
NACE Denver Meetings create an atmosphere of strong networking, exceptional food and fun activities and speakers. We hope to see you on May 12 at DSC!

Spring has Sprung? Well, it’s trying to, and those crazy April (snow) showers....let's hope we don't get a lot of showers, but just enough to bring those May flowers!!!
I can't believe we're already four months into 2009 and accomplished so much! We've got three programs under our belts and we are working on the finishing details of our joint venture with ISES on May 12th. To date we are close to 100 RSVP’s and growing. Great caterers, farmer market vendors will be displaying and selling their specialties and the networking will be awesome. We have a very unique Fundraiser on June 9th with a special 4-course “back to the future” dinner menu design by award winning Chef Cade Nagy from Catering By Design. Did we mention some of the awards?
2008 Winner - "Caterer of the Year" Event Solutions Magazine
2008 Winner - "Best Collaborative Effort" International Caterers Association
2007 Winner - "Achievement in Catering Excellence" Catersource Magazine
2007 Winner - "Best Event by a Signature Caterer" International Caterers Association
2008 & 2007 Finalist - "Chef of the Year" International Caterers Association
We just received word from Chef Nagy that we will have a special guest joining us for the evening, Catersource Magazine president and founder, Mike Roman and magazine Editor
For those of you who have missed out on some of our monthly programs, I urge you to checkout all the amazing pictures from earlier this year. Most recently, Event Rents hosted NACE in their new facility.
Lookout for what's in store for the rest of the year - fun and exciting programs, Experience! 2009 NACE National Conference in Charlotte, tons of community services opportunities and so much more! I look forward to seeing everyone at our May program at DSC of Colorado facility. Stay dry!!!
Hope to see you on May 12th!
