April 2019

    Hello Fellow NACE Members,
As the weather has changed from winter to spring, trees leafing, tulips flowering – it’s a wonderful start to our industry’s busy season.  With wedding season just around the corner, lets take a few minutes before the rush to celebrate you our members!

Our fantastic chapter is so successful because of you.  We are an amazing combination of diverse, creative, and forward thinking event professionals.  This week our National office is celebrating NACE Membership Appreciation week.  Across email, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter check out great resources, favorite recipes, member savings, and taking your career to the next level with a CPCE certification.
Coming up, the annual professional development conference NACE Experience is right around the corner.  This year we will be in Cincinnati, OH at the stunning Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza from July 14 – 17, 2019.  Not only will you learn new skills, trends, and sales strategies for your business but we will also end the conference with the NACE ONE Gala awards celebrating our members.  Early bird pricing has been released and click here (link: to register.
Last but not least, our chapter needs your help with our committees and open board positions.  We have committees from membership to fundraising to education to communications with openings to help fulfill our chapters’ mission.  Serving on committees not only helps our chapter, but you forge lasting relationships with your fellow industry leaders to last for years to come.   Please reach out to me at [email protected] and we can place you on the best committee!
    Happy Spring,
